excel 2013

Hi, I"m not sure if this is the right forum.  It took me weeks of trial and error with hot fixes and downloads etc. etc. before I was finally able to coax my excel into being reasonably less buggy, so of course I'll never upgrade to excel 2016.  Can't trust msft.  Anyway, my coworkers are starting to get turned toward the idea of power query and have asked me to install it for them.  I have a few of the hot fixes I've downloaded.  Is there a definitive place to download power query with all the latest fixins?  I don't believe its as simple as go to the power query download page because I did that last month and then proceeded to apply hot fixes from 2015 for a product that was shipped four years ago.
