We use Arcgis Map For Power BI in the report and a few days ago our maps stopped loading, when we created a new visual, it is already the old version (before the August update). The screenshots below show the difference between the control panels after re-creating the visuals(before/afrer).

Reproduced your scene. After I updated the power bi to the latest version, found Arcgis Map Power BI interface and before you say the same.
