error updating

Hello everyone! I shared a file on the Power BI server with my boss and some co-workers.

I scheduled a daily update and my boss is not updated data.

This is the message he sends him:

Activity ID: 077b4e1c-f51e-44cf-95cd-60910132408b
Request ID: 3d20b132-392b-df3c-7ae4-28c0079a1c20
Correlation ID: 223a1fca-e51f-9f3d-b454-0b1301630f12
Time: Tue Jan 11 2022 17:00:49 GMT-0300 (Argentine Standard Time)
Service version: 13.0.17407.45
Client version: 2112.4.09339-train

Did it ever happen to anyone? Can you help me?

I'm a newbie to all of this.

Thank you! Best regards.

Leandro

    Hi  Syndicate_Admin ,

We research your misinformation from our internal research

“Exception object created: Microsoft.PowerBI.ServiceCommon.NotAuthorizedForRLSModelException: User is trying to access model with Id='2103602' which has cloud RLS enabled, but they have no roles associated with them.,”

You can check to see if RLS exists in your dataset and if the user exists in the RLS role.

  • Do you have more information on the error?

Do you mean Power BI Report Server ?

Mmmm no more than that... It states that "there was an error and it cannot be loaded".

Yes, on the Power BI report server. I am the owner of the report, I shared it with my boss and other colleagues, and my boss skips that error and does not update data.
