error message "Visual.update is not a function"...

I think my PBI dashtop has Legionaires disease.  What can I do?And is there a message board pertaining to PBI somewhere with good participation?

    This is pretty much the place for PBI discussions, what version of the Desktop are you running? Also, when are you getting that error. Have you turned on Tracing?

    rfway Greg_Deckler I also got same error when switching over from custom visual to standard visual. I have used Send a Frown and submitted it. Will let you know if I get reply.
