error in power bi

Hello everyone, maybe someone faced such a problem. I installed power BI, everything works, but in some functions, when calling the additional window, there is no apply button, for the experiment I installed it on another computer with W11, everything is ok, I tried to reinstall it with the firewall turned off, it did not help. It looks like a problem in Windows, I don’t understand where to look.
