Hi,
My case is that I have:
Report in PowerBI Desktop with data connection to:
After publishing the report to PowerBI.com I can't select the enterprise Gateway. The problem looks in the direction of the Excel file
I read a lot of articles about this case is but i can't find the solution. What do ik overlook?
Greetings, Norbertus
Can you move your Excel file to on-premises? That might fix your issue.
You mean that i move the Excel file to local? Then the enterprise gatewaty doesn't work
It should be possible to conncect to an Excel File in combination with a enterprise gateway?
File is a supported data source type for the gateway.

There was another thread this morning that I responded to earlier in which someone had connected 5 Excel files via the gateway but was having trouble with the 6th. I'll try to find it.
