In the SCCM solution template is the endpoint protection compliance calculation.

Can someone explain to me how to drill down this query to the machines that are Non compliant?

And what does this calculation exactle mean.

The metrics in  the template are for SCCM bussiness, for better explanation, I think you can post your question on the dedicated SCCM forum.

As to the "Non compliant", if it is included in the dashboard's dataset, you can make a copy and do the calculation by yourself. If it is not included, you'll have to submit an idea at Power BI Ideas and vote it up.
