    Hi powerbiexpert22  -Your Web App Handles Authentication (e.g., Azure AD B2C, custom identity provider, OAuth, etc.).Once authenticated, the app uses a master service principal or app identity to generate an Azure AD token for calling the Power BI REST API.You generate an Embed Token using the Power BI REST API for a specific report and dataset access.

     comes to capacity: Use Power BI Embedded (A SKUs) or Fabric (F SKUs) works. Hope this details helps.
