Home >> Edit Queries > Edit Queries >> select the table (Ex:- Table)
Double Click on the "Added Custom" step in the right side.

You need to go back to Power Query. Look for the name of the column in the box on the right side of the screen. You can click on the little gear icon to open up the input box for that item.

Hi Anonymous ,
Sure, in Power BI click on home tab, then Edit Queries. Takes you to Power Query. On the right side of the screen you will find the list of steps. You can click through them all, but more quickly if you click on a gear icon, you will see the input form for that step. What you are looking for is the step that you created the custom column, and then click on that gear to bring up what you filled in on the form to create the column.
