Hello,
Is there a recommended way to use data from dynamics 365 multi-select option sets?
I have a fairly large table, with about 400 columns and 10k rows. In there I have about 10 columns which are multi-select option sets.
a) I have used xrm tool box powerbi option set creator to fill in single-select option set options, and then merge queries to make those work. multi select option sets don't appear in the toolbox, which is unfortunate. However, these option sets don't have too many options, and I can just create type-in tables for the option sets.
b) I tried splitting the columns, but this led to a huge performance slowdown. For example, 30 minutes to move between steps.
any ideas?
Hi @jvandore,
After researching, we couldn't use the data from dynamics 365 multi-select option sets directly. Maybe you can post some sample data and the expected output, then we can find a workaround to solve it.
