dynamic slicers with star model

Dear all,

I am looking to achieve a situation where two slicers from lookup tables (that are related to the same sales table) react to each others state. This can be easily achieved by making the relationships cross directional. However, would there be a way to achieve this with one directional filters only? I know, that for aggergations in measures it is possible to use CROSSFILTER, but I can't seen to figure out how to apply that to slicers.

For your requirement, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI.
