i need to show below lines dynamically in power bi report , each line represent particular project status whether it has reached milestone or lagging behind milestone along with % of enrollment in comparison with planned enrollments, the number of lines ( or projects) may vary based on data , how to acheive this in power bi?

Copilot might be able to do this. The Narrative visual can also be used but not very easy to work with. Other than that you will need to create a measure or a column or a combination of both to achieve this.
