Hi,
I have setup drillthrough button on a matrix visual, the drillthrough button gets enabled, when click on rows and Total, and it works perfectly in Power BI desktop.
After publishing the report to service, the drillthrough button is working fine for all the rows except Total. when do click on Total, the drillthrough button doesn't enabled and not working.
Is there any possible solution for this issue?
thanks

Hi, @Anonymous
It's possible that this issue is related to a limitation of the Power BI service. By default, the Power BI service does not support drillthrough actions on totals or subtotals in a matrix visual.
However, there are a few workarounds that you can try:
1. Use a table visual instead of a matrix visual. Table visuals support drillthrough actions on totals and subtotals.
2. Create a separate measure that calculates the total value, and use that measure in the matrix visual instead of relying on the built-in total. You can then add a drillthrough action to the measure instead of the total.
3. Use a custom visual that supports drillthrough actions on totals and subtotals. There are several custom visuals available in the Power BI marketplace that support this functionality.
I hope one of these solutions works for you! Let me know if you have any further questions.
