I end up using HASONEVALUE() measure becasue I cant use ISFILTERED as I want to use 3 levels drill down hierarcy so I can use the last measure as ISFILTERED but the middle one can use HASONEVALUE

Hi @Anonymous
you can use function ISFILTERED(),
TT =
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
ISFILTERED('Table'[State]),1 ,
ISFILTERED ('Table'[City]),2,
3
)
but you need to put measure into the same visual. if you want to put the measure into another visual, you need to click on the first visual to transfer context.

@Anonymous , I doubt when drill down the above member is still is in scope.
Change the order and try
TT =
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
ISINSCOPE (Database[Well Name]),2,
ISINSCOPE (Database[Area]),1 ,
3
)
Nopes still didnt worked . It displays 3 value only as you can see the output shown in the screenshot of the table output below. This means it is not detecting any change in the hierarcy.
