    Using LOWER() within EXACT() should be no problem. I can't find any syntax issue in your measure. You can change the filter expression into:

     

    FILTER(Table1, 
Table1[Date]=Table2[Date] && 
Table1[Can_n1&n2]=Table2[Can_n1&n2] && 
LOWER(Table1[IDTudepara])=LOWER(Table2[IDTudepara]) )

     

     

    If the issue still persists, please share some sample data.
