is it somehow possible to show one element in two different hierarchys in a slicer?
like that?
and when i click on var1... either in BM_3 or in no BM set. The other var1 should be marked as selected as well.

Even if you have var1 under both BM_3 and 'no BM set' selecting one will not select the other. That breaks the concept of a 'hierarchy'.
You could move the field that contains var1, var2, var3 to it's own slicer, then if you select var1 it would be all var1, not just the var1 under the level above it.

well if your data is set to that in the grain ie your data row will look like this
variant bm3 var1
variant noBM var1
then yes, how does your data look?
