Helper IIdirect query to import
hi guys,
Ihave like 86 millions rows in my fact along with few dimensions and i want to chage it from direct query to import i tried doing that but getting an error,
any idea how to approch this situations.

How are you trying to change it? In Data source settings, once you have a data source in Direct Query mode, I believe the Import option is greyed out. So, that question as well as what error you are getting.
akathis is how m changing and after loading some of the 33 millions rows am getting error like data sourse connection closed( am trying once agian if get the error again i will take a snap shot)

You may be running into a data model size limitation. What happens if you just create a brand new Desktop file and connect to the data source and do an import (could even copy over your query using Advanced Editor)
