direct query from sqlserver not working for licenced user

Anonymous where is db? Is it in cloud or on-prem? Are you using gateway? If yes, personal or enterprise?

    parry2k it is on-premise, I am not using gateway, only direct query.

      Anonymous  is it personal or enterprise gateway? if you expand gateway section , what do you see? I think thats where the issue is?
