differences between power pivot and pivot tables
Hi,
What are the differences between power pivot and pivot table? I would like to know in all aspects like performance side, functionality, security, workload etc...
one thing that I know is, DAX can be created in power pivot but not in pivot tables.

As i known, power pivot is an excel add-in and pivot table is excel's feature, I would suggest you to get answer from excel help forum.
As for Power BI, there are Power Query editor using M langulage and Power Pivot using DAX formulas as a analytical tool in Power BI.
