Hi,
How can I start with Power BI Desktop app for developing numerous number of reports and add them to TFS? Does TFS support Power BI Desktop reports?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@gheesalias Yes you can use TFS to check in and check out the PBIX file. Just add the PBIX files to the folders you create under Source Control. There is no project or solution because there is no connection in Visual Studio for PBIX files. But you can still use the file/folder storage of TFS.
Hi @gheesalias,
Adding to other post, you can review the following article to get started with Power BI Desktop, you can read though each section to learn features in Power BI Desktop by clicking the lists on the left.

Now that I have committed several versions of Power BI files into TFS, how do I see the difference between the versions?
