desktop, advance search filtering multiple items

Hello, Im using desktop. I need to select  multiple items more than 4 but basic filtering unable to obtain list because dataset is huge. Advanced filtering allow to use only two value. Is any other ways to resolve that?

Greatly appreciate any help!

    Hi Anonymous ,

If you need to filter by more than two values, you can use the "Filter by List" option. This option allows you to filter by multiple values, but it can be slow if your dataset is large. Another option is to use the  Expression . This option allows you to filter by multiple values and is faster than the "Filter by List" option.

    Hi parry2k,

Appreciate your answer! Im new in powerbi desktop. We use life connnection to huge (8 mln+) dataset and basic filtering can't display all items of the column. i need to select  4 items but advanced filtering has option only for two. If you can send me a link what solution can resolve this issue? I went through names of your videos but couldn't find any related, thanks a lot
