default position of horizontal scroll bar for matrix visual

Hi,

I am trying to visualize multi-year data in a matrix table with yyyy/mmm granurality, and the default position of the horizontal scroll bar is on the far left side.  How can I set the default position of the matrix scroll bar to the far right side so that on opening the report, the latest (most relevant) data is presented without scrolling?

Thank you for your help.

Hi @DataNinja_777
There are no options to move the scroll bar to the other size.
As an alternative:
You can filter the matrix for a shorter period
or
Sort it in descending order

Bumping this with a "+1" for a feature request.  Time series data is routinely displayed from left-to-right, with the most recent data shown rightmost.

This feature request seems like low-hanging fruit for a common sense use case.  Please take under consideration accordingly.

I hope Microsoft improves this.  This isn't acceptable solution to me.

Exactly. I have the same problem. I do want the full time period because I do want my totals to be correct, but it's also important to sort dates left to right, as people understand time best this way, and it's also important to see the most recent months. The obvious solution is to allow us to set the scroll position to the far right.

Thanks for the information.

Why would they accept it as a solution when there is no solution? That's a weird request.
