dd-mm-yyyy format missing in powerbi desktop

I may need glasses, but I'm missing the option dd-mm-yyyy . why is there a dd-mm-yy , d-m-yyyy and a dd/mm/yyyy but not the choice: dd-mm-yyyy ?  the other 3 options are just incorrect for me. most logical short date should be the choice met no we put d-m-yyyy there.

It seems the problem isn't powerBI at all but Windows 10. The option there disappeard. But could change it in de old config screens of Windows.
