dax formula related table

I have the two following tables (Provider and Client)  linked by an ID.  In table Provider, how can I get the  returned value (# client) for each provider?  What would be the DAX FUNCTION to get this...

Dear naeljb,

 

try this as new column:

 

client_number = CALCULATE(COUNTAx(Client;GROUPBY(Client;Client[id_provider])))
