Hi all,
I have found multiple post on the default date slicers but I cannot pinpoint the proper example.
I have a date slice where I want the end date to be today minus 6 months.
Ex beginning is 01/01/2014 and last date would be defaulted to today - 180 days.
Users can also change the last date afterward to whatever they need.
Is there a quick way to do this??
I have tried all options but I cannot do it properly.
Thanks
Francois

Hi @francoisl ,
There are two ways you could try.
Measure = IF(MAX('Table'[Date]) <= TODAY()-180,1,0)
Table 2 = CALENDAR(DATE(2019,1,1),TODAY()-180)

@francoisl , this is a bit tricky in power bi. You need to create flag
Last Date = if('Date'[Date]=TODAY()-180 ,"Last Date",[Date]&"")
Sort this on Your date and use the filter on Last Date.

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
