My date dimension (relatively) big, spaning 20 years with one entry per day.
This means it doesnt fit into a slicer.
So far, ive been adding it to reports as a filter but when i give users access to dashboards and reports, i want them to be able to quickly select a different date in a friendlier way than modifying the page/report filter.
Is there a solution to this yet (web searches have provided nothing useful yet)
I dont really understand what you mean, if you add a date column to a slicer, it transforms automatically to a date picker?
Hello there!
I have the same need as a topic starter.
You see we want to create a dashboard only to demonstrate the data regarding the exact day of the years and only for one day.
so what are the questions;
1. How to set up a single filter bar with a calendar view?
2. How can it be attached to "today -1 day" by default?
Thank you in advance
