date measure between 60-90 days

Hello I currently have a column with a team member's hire date.  I am looking for a calculated column that would tell me if they are between days 60-90 of tenure and if that date is less than today - read "Yes" if not read "No"  this is what I have so far, but getting stuck on the between 60&90 part.

60 Day Tenure Date = if(dateadd('Access Matrix (ALL)'[Hire Date],60,day)<=TODAY(),"Yes","No")

60 Day Tenure Date = if('Access Matrix (ALL)'[Hire Date]>= today() -90 && 'Access Matrix (ALL)'[Hire Date] <= Today() - 60,"Yes","No")
