date format dd/mm/yy

Question

Not sure what has happened on the last update (or possibly December update) but all date formats on the Modeling tab are shown in American mm/dd/yy format

English/Europen dd/mm/yy is no longer available

Is there an option that has changed - or am I doing sonething stupid..?

I have Locale set correctly but all the dates are US format only. Fortunately we use yyyy-MM-dd in most of our reports. They also forced US format on date slicers on the mobile app about 5 months ago as well.

Unfortunately mm/dd/yy isn't marked with an * - only d/m/yyyy is - so no way to revert to dd/mm/yy

Please refer to&nbsp;https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Locale-Date-Time-Formats-with-show-as-M-d-yyyy-in-menu-Jan-2018/idi-p/336360.&nbsp;There is a workaround.1- Install the store app from&nbsp;https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/power-bi-desktop/9ntxr16hnw1t?rtc=12- From "Region &amp; language" settings dialog in windows, under languages, add "English (United Kingdom)" and click Set as default.3- Run the store app, the desired format should appear in the dropdown.&nbsp;Best Regards,Dale
