dataset id and workspace id for refresh button

I am a begineer at Power BI desktop and I am trying to create a button to refresh my data(import mode from Snowflake) using Power Automate. It asks me for Workspace ID and Dataset ID.
can someone help me figureout where to find them ?

Do I need to publish My report first inorder to get it as an option in the dropdown ?
