data source credentials

Question

hi there.i have updated my data source credentials in the desktop however my automatic refreshes are failing and I dont know why.&nbsp; when I look at the data source settings in the web version, the credentials settings is grayed out.&nbsp; I have tried logging in and out to refresh but nothing is happening.&nbsp; I have tried clearing the permissions and then editing and still does not update in web version.&nbsp; please provide some guidance.&nbsp; thanks.
