data showing incorrect

hi there,

 

The data in the below visual is incorrect and does not match the data imported. It is telling me there is 4 students with the result 4 but when i click show records there is only one? ive tried various visuals and they all show this. Below is the how the actual raw

data looks like. I have also checked the filters on the side and cannot understand why it is doing this. Any help is apprectiated.

    Please check whether there are some duplicate records where result is 4 in source dataset.

      hi there,

       

      There are other students with the result 4 in the dataset but these are against another subject. I have filtered it so it would show me for a specific subject and there is only one record with the result 4?

       

      When looking a bit closely i have noticed that if there is one child with the result 4 it multiplies the number of child with the result number? not sure why it is doing this
