data présentation from Forms to Power BI

Hi everyone.

I'm a new user of Power BI and i need some help to start the best i can.

So i have a Microsoft Form which save some evaluations of people of my organization.

This Form dynamically feed a dataset in Power BI.

The form is like that, to simplify it :

Question 0 => Subject1 or Subject 2

if Subject1 Items 1.1, 1.2, ... ,1.10

if Subject2 Items 2.1 and 2.2, ... , 2.10

"item" can be a very long sequence of characters and some items can be added in the form.

In my dataset the data are the same as in the Form, like that :

I would like a power BI with 3 pages

On the first one, a summury, with the possibility to change period and agent_name

On the second and third one, détails for Subject1 and Subject2, with the possibility to change period and drill on people.

Mean Score Subject1

+ Item 1.1 x

- Item 1.2 y

NAME1 y.1

NAME2 y.2

NAME3 y.3

+ Item 1.3 z

Mean Score Subject2

- Item 2.1 x

NAME1 x.1

NAME2 x.2

NAME3 x.3

+ Item 2.2 y

+ Item 2.3 z

But to do this, so it should be easier to use, i think i need to change presentation of my data to have something like this :

How can i perform this please ?
