data is always 2 days old

I am new at this and have created a standard daily repot for Azure, the report works great and refreshes daily - but the data is always two days behind the current date. for example, today is the 7th Nov, last daily data is the 4th Nov... tomorrow it will show the 5th but no more. What am i doing wrong? If I do a manual refresh, it makes no difference.

        a_jtuck-lee, I'm trying to involve other senior engineers check on this issue. Will post here once I got any updates.
