report in desktop version is everything works well but when published to service turned out to be totally blank or dimension is null in the chart.

Thank you. I found the reason that I created a condition column use M language in power query it has something wrong in service, and when I use the condition column by SQL, problem solved.
so it is really strange why M language could cause such problems.

Try to refresh the data in your power bi desktop. If it runs fine and the report is not "blank" then the re-publish this freshly refreshed file to your workspace in the service.
If the report ends up becoming "blank" then the issue could be the fresh update of the report's backend data sources.
If after veryfying the queries are fine, and the data is "all there", and it still shows up "blank" in the service, try to check your RLS roles applied to the power bi report. Remove any role that may cause the data to get filtered out, and re-publish it.
