• Re-create the connection and set "Use Filters and Add Reference Parameters" = Yes before loading the data.
• Verify that the selected Data Exchange actually contains reference parameters that can be exposed for filtering.

If the parameter selection window still doesn't appear, it may be a connector-specific issue.

I'd recommend checking the connector version and raising a support ticket with Autodesk, including screenshots of the connection setup.

• Ensure you're using the latest Autodesk Data Exchange Power BI connector. If you're using a custom connector (.mez/.pqx), replace it in Documents\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors and restart Power BI Desktop.
• Create a new PBIX and connect via Get Data > Autodesk Data Exchange. The "Use filters and add reference parameters" option is only evaluated when the connector is first invoked.
• Verify File > Options and settings > Options > Security and ensure data extensions are allowed, then restart Power BI Desktop.
• Test with a different or simple Data Exchange to determine whether the issue is specific to one exchange.

Based on your screenshot, Power BI detects the Data Exchange, but the expected parameter selection dialog isn't appearing before the Navigator opens. If the issue persists after the above checks, it may be a connector-specific issue. In that case, I'd recommend contacting Autodesk Support and providing your Power BI Desktop version, Autodesk Data Exchange Connector version, Revit Data Exchange version, and a short screen recording of the connection process.
