dashboard url published to web

Hi,

Request your guidance to solve my issue related to captioned subject

I created a dashboard  and published to PBI Service. Same was shared to colleagues and clients / dealers  by File --> Embed report --> Publish to web ( public )  url. Now i would like to deactivate this link and provide a new url .  If I delete the dataset from my Workspace in PBI Service and publish again will it be a new url or will it have any connection with old url.  

am not using row level security option as i have to share same with clients and dealers who are outside of  my organization
