dashboard publish under reports

Have you created a dashboard like this

Bakhtawar from desktop whatever you publish it goes to reports and then from reports you can pin visuals to create a visual, and dashboard is only power bi online function .

As mentioned above, the dashboard need to be created in powerbi server(app.powerbi.com) instead of in desktop(visual you publish from desktop is report instead of dashboard). In addition, a dashboard could be consisted with multiple reports, you could choose corresponding report visual or reports in dashboard and pin them into a dashboard. You could refer to service-dashboard-create  for details.

You cannot create dashboards using Desktop. Dashboards can only be created in the Power BI service.  What you've created in Desktop IS actually a report.  If you want to create a Dashboard, use the Power BI service (app.powerbi.com).  For help, try this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/designer/service-service-vs-desktop.
