current month and Previous month

In our project we are using the month is diffrent way. Below is the sample. Here am facing issue for using previous month function. How can i fix this. For example the data is till up to P4. so how can i get previous month data. Because the total sales for previous month data will total sales from Feb 20 - March 27. How can i get this.

previous month data will total sales from Feb 20 - March 27，but  from data you provided ,last month is Feb 28 - March 27.

And could you pls share detail sample data ,and output result you expect.
