As parry2k said, please confirm you have a calendar table first. Then you can use it to create a slicer and write measure formulas based on its selection and use on the visual level filter to filter records. (notice: this slicer should not has a relationship to raw table records)
If you confused about how to do it, please share a sample pbix file with some dummy data then you can test to coding formula on it.
