You could try the measure as below:
Measure=CALCULATE(DISTINCT('Table'[id]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Field1]='R'||('Table'[Field1]='S'&&'Table'[data]=MAXX('Table'[data],ALL('Table'))))Best Regards,

thanks parry2k for the comment.
Instead of posting sample data, I will explain how this formula works in qlikview:
It is counting distinct (id) for the rows which has [Filed1]='R' or ([Filed1]='S' and [data] = v_max_data)
ignoring any filter on these 4 fields: [Filed1],[year],[month],[day]
