creating a Prompt in powerbi report like below

Can we create prompts in powerbi like above, while report is opening user should enter the details for each prompt,

above is in sap bo webi report.

Regarding your question, are you looking for parameters? You can create parameters in Power Query and use them in Power BI Desktop.

The user can enter the required value

It wont look like that but you could make the first page of your report just slicers, users select values then use a button to go to the first report page

If you want them to apply filters you could use a series of slicers and have an image or icon appear if they have or haven't selected something in the slicer.

If you want to write back data Power BI doesn't natively do this. Instead you would need to use Power Apps to create a form and integrate that into the report.
