create a file if refresh failed or succeed

Ok i have a very sensible environement that forbid me from using any powerautomate, any cloud solution, etc..... so i need to start a refresh using a python script.

The script work has this:

1) get files from protected directory using specific credential, place it in a specific directory.
2) launch powerbi and launch the refresh
3) save the application.

My problem is that i need to create a file with a specific name depending on at least refresh success and if possible failure.

What process could i use ? Is there some kind of batch file that track the powerbi refresh process or a powerquerry that could create such a file ??
