create a drop down

hi 

i want to merge or show 4 img url columns in to one

what i want is under a single heading i want these 2 columns headings to be displayed so that i can select only the data related to that from that drop down

here i want to create     image as main heading under it shop front photo,360 degree view,shop rear photo headings like in a drop down
