create Visualization(Table), want to add new column with total population with respect to year.

I have this Table Visualization and wanted to change it just like below

province_name	province_name	province_name	total population Dec-2021	total population Dec-2020
134	156	178	468	372

I want this, for Dec-2021 the province_name and amount and its total whereas for Dec-2020 just total is required
