I need to get the count of the following columns:
- product
- item
- country
Please could you let me know how to get a measure to count all 3 columns.

To get the sum of count value of each column.
Measure = DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[country])+DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[item])+DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[product])
To show the count of each column in a measure.
Measure = DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[country])&" country,"&DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[item])&" item,"&DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[product])&" product"
