couldn't load data for visual

I have used calculated column(active flag like yes or no) in direct query table.

when I try to use the calculated column as slicer as checkbox I get the below error. is there any fix for this?we know it's a limitation in Power bi is there any alternative for this? 

the resultset of a query to external data source has exceeded the max allowed size of '1000000' rows.
