For timeout error, you may have to try different duration to test the connection timeout. See details here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerquery-m/sql-database
Example:
Source = Sql.Database("Servername", "tablename", [option1, option2, ConnectionTimeout=#duration(0, 0, 20, 0)])
or
Source = Sql.Databases("Servername", [option1, option2, ConnectionTimeout=#duration(0, 0, 20, 0)])Paul Zheng _ Community Support Team
