correct total based on subtraction measure

Hello, 

to be able to calculate the number of reloops I created column "one " containing value 1 and I basically created a measure that is substracting one from the values of column "No_of_Doc"  - "one" = "No_Of_Reloops".

the total showing in this measure No_Of_Reloops is not summing the values of column but substracting one from total of "No_Of_Doc". 

I tried to create new measure to correct total but not working. 

I need help !

this is how I calculate No of reloop from no of doc: 

NO_OF_RELOOPS = COUNTA(attached_document[NAME]) - MAX(attached_document[one] )

I tried to use HASNOVALUE and so on but I struggle.
