Hi. Thank you for your response. I don't have any access to OLDB drivers. Actullay I created my reports via excel files. I have solved this problem reducing upload file size.

So, this happens when you connect to an Excel file in Power Query and try to load it or...?

According to this: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH12638.html that error code means it cannot find the path specified, but not sure how reliable that is, are you doing anything fancy with parameters or something for you path/file name?

Otherwise, I'd send a Frown and You could check the Issues forum here:

    https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

    Hi OSS,

Is there anything changes on your oledb driver or office software environment? (e.g. delete/move driver libraries, modify registry key, update office application...)

    Regards,

    Xiaoxin Sheng
