consecutive intervals exceeding threshold

Hello I have a list of stores with their avg. call volume per interval and a respective threshold for that store.  I'm trying to pull consecutive intervals that are at or above the threshold.  For Ex...

Your data doesn't support your premise. It is pointless to appoint thresholds.

Hello lbendlin numbers I provided are just made up numbers.  I'm looking to see if there can be a logic to pull what's in the desired result column (ranges of intervals that are over the threshold)
